Adjusted delivery times

Dear valued customer,

For some weeks now we have been living during un-precedented times, we don’t know what the future will bring, or what may await us. So far, we have succeeded in providing our valued customers with a normal service. Of course, we are dealing with the necessary measures and challenges. We want to keep you informed through this message and let you know what role you can play.

What has changed?

• Volumes change significantly. We are monitoring this. We have to balance an increased demand for our products.
• All developments of demand and supply added with the measures from the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) which demands we strictly follow some flexibility and cooperation.

We intend to provide a continuation in our performance; however, lead times will increase, and deliveries are anticipated to take at least three weeks.
We wish to guarantee supplies to our valued customers and therefore we kindly ask you to take these new lead times into account and send orders over in a timely manner.
