Due to extreme circumstances stock is `King’  again.

Last year stock was called an enemy, because it costed money. Think of capital demands and storage. Stock was outdated, could spoil, could be damaged and could go out of fashion.

Fortunately, this does not apply to Estillon’s products. On two occasions we have invested in expanding our logistical space. This allows us to keep a large volume of stock available for you. But that is not enough.

In these crazy times you see that people have realised that stock can be of strategic importance. Just think of the discussion about the stock of face masks, paracetamol and ventilation equipment.

Stock is also important in our industry. The Covid-19 virus is spreading again and can shut down entire factories, causing future deliveries to stagnate.

May I draw your attention to the importance of sufficient stocks of critical products?

At Estillon, larger deliveries are often cheaper, so that may also play a role. It is important your stock levels are checked to ensure you are not short of anything.
