Leveling uneven base floors with Floorfixx balance

In addition to the well-known system plates, Estillon’s Floorfixx collection also includes 2 dry leveling infills, Floorfixx balance 020 and the balance 200. These fillings, consisting of grains, level out uneven base floors.

This dry leveling filling consists of mineral-coated wood chips (grains) that fill cavities or differences in height in a base floor. This way you create an even floor. The grains remain permanently stable, do not crumble and are resistant to mould.

Floorfixx Balance 020 is applied without water or binding agent and is a quick and inexpensive alternative to wet leveling agents on concrete-wood floors. The fill is stable in position and can be walked on immediately after installation.

For use with a floating flat base floor, use Floorfixx Regular 9 mm (62200) or Floorfixx Comfort 10 mm (62210) over the granules.

With the large grit – Floorfixx Balance 200 – large irregularities can be absorbed. Finish the top layer with the small grain – Floorfixx Balance 020 – for a nice, even end result.

The Floorfixx balance can be used in combination with underfloor heating. Available from well-known wholesalers and distributors.
